A really good friend of mine had the perfect afro hair. She was mixed race and her hair made the perfect ringlets that stood straight out from her head. I've always wanted curly hair--but not to nappy, if it's okay to say that, after the whole Don Imus thing. What a douche.
I've always wanted curly hair--but then curly-headed people always want straight hair. I would also like to be able to pull of short, spiky, multi-colored hair, which I did in the late nineties. Alas, that hey-day has passed and I came to terms with the fact that my ears are too damned big.
